Total Design and Build guide throughout the whole process:

  • Site Visit – first meeting with the client in order to take your ideas and develop them into concepts
  • Proposal design includes your ideas, building regulations and your budget. An estimate is already available
  • We review your feedback, make adaptations to the design until you’re fully satisfied
  • Final plans are submitted to you for approval along with the quoted price.
  • Consents application to the Council is done by Total Design and Build on your behalf. This normally speeds up the process and takes the pressure off your shoulders.
